Data deletion

This is a courtesy translation. In case of any divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.

You can delete at any time the data FoxFlow obtained through Facebook Login.

Option 1 — from FoxFlow

  1. Sign in to FoxFlow and open the Facebook menu.
  2. Click Disconnect. The access token is deleted immediately and the permission is removed from your Facebook account.

Option 2 — from Facebook

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
  2. Find FoxFlow, click Remove and confirm.
  3. Meta notifies us automatically and we delete your data. You receive a confirmation code to check the status on this page.

Option 3 — by email

Write to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion", stating your account email. We reply within 15 days, as required by the LGPD.

What is deleted

  • Facebook access token, user ID and name.
  • Selected ad account and any other Facebook data stored in your FoxFlow account.

Ad metrics are not stored: they are read from Meta only while you use the dashboard.
