Terms of Use

Last updated: September 17, 2026

This is a courtesy translation. In case of any divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.

These terms govern the use of FoxFlow, a platform operated by Bee.liv Solutions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

FoxFlow offers an automation builder, live customer service, CRM, broadcasts and dashboards for WhatsApp, as well as integrations with third-party services such as Meta’s APIs (WhatsApp Business and Marketing API), payment gateways and AI providers.

2. Account and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done with them.
  • You declare that you have a legal basis (such as consent) to contact the people you message, and that you comply with the LGPD and with Meta’s WhatsApp Business and Advertising Policies.
  • Using the service for spam, illegal or misleading content, or content that violates third-party rights is prohibited.

3. Meta integration

By connecting your Facebook account, you authorize FoxFlow to read the ad accounts and metrics you manage, solely to display them in your dashboard. Access is read-only and can be revoked at any time with the "Disconnect" button or in your Facebook settings. Use of Meta’s APIs is also subject to Meta’s terms.

4. Plans and payments

Plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the offer you subscribed to. Cancelling stops future charges; amounts already paid follow the payment provider’s policy.

5. Availability and limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for phone number bans, ad rejections or outages caused by third parties (such as Meta and WhatsApp), nor for lost profits.

6. Termination

You may close your account whenever you wish. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Contact and jurisdiction

Questions: [email protected]. The courts of the consumer’s place of residence are elected as the competent venue, under Brazilian law.
